Zoola Analytics: Custom Certificate Reporting

This month we are excited to share our new out-of-the-box report for the Custom Certificate. Read this blog to learn more!

Zoola - December newsletter - Custom Certificate

If you want to provide a branded certificate for your learners, then the Custom Certificate is your best choice.  With this module, you can design the certificate from a blank slate. Up until now, however, we only had an out-of-the-box reporting solution for the Certificate module.

That has changed this month!  We are pleased to announce our new Certificates Issued Summary (Custom) report.

This report lists all Custom Certificates by course and issue date, and includes user, course, certificate completion status and a link to the certificate itself in the LMS.

This report is secured for course managers, meaning that teachers or trainers will see data only for their courses and learners.

In this example, I’ve filtered the report for a single course, Workplace Health and Safety.  I’ve also highlighted the link under the URL column that you can click to take you to the certificate.

This report is built on the Detailed Custom Certificates Issued Ad Hoc Table, which is built on the Detailed Custom Certificates Issued Data Source.  Since this report is hyperlinked, if you want to make some changes to it via the ad hoc view, we may need to do the hyperlinks again, so just submit a Support ticket and our team will do that for you.
